President of SCCH; Head of strategy for CE at Ericsson
Roland has been working for Ericsson for 20 years, held various leading positions in business consulting, sales, marketing, general management – currently serves as Head of strategy for Central Europe.
He is actively participating in leading roles in the work of several cross-industry associations and professional platforms.
Roland has been a Board Member of SCCH since 2013.
Vice President of SCCH; Head of Legal Operations, Electrification BA, Legal Counsel and Integrity Officer, ABB Hungary
Anita graduated from University of Miskolc, Faculty in Law in 1998. She was working for a decade in telecom sector serving Hungarian Telekom Plc. (MT) as an in-house counsel and couple of affiliated companies of MT (e.g. Hunsat, ProMoKom, G4Matávőr Ltd etc.) as supervisory board chairman or member.
She continued her career at ABB from 2010 as a local general counsel and country integrity officer. After roles of increasing responsibility she was promoted to global legal leadership position in 2020 and she fulfilled the CEO position of ABB Hungary in the course of 2021.
She lives in Budapest with her husband and their two kids.
Vice President of SCCH; Country Manager of Sigma Technology Hungary
György Nagy (b. 1974) is the Country Manager of Sigma Technology Hungary, a subsidiary of Sigma, a Sweden-based technical consultancy employing about 5,000 engineers worldwide.
Under György’s leadership Sigma’s Budapest site achieved a 10-fold increase in revenue, and with about 220 dedicated engineering professionals on board it is now among the fastest-growing Sigma locations.
György was already an SCCH Board Member between 2013-2018, and also served as SCCH Vice-President (2014-2018). He lives in Budapest with his wife and 3 kids.
Chief Economy Manager of SCCH; President of Central Europe at Nefab
Laszlo after his early years of Electro engineer degree was graduated from Veszprem Pannon University in 2014 with MBA degree specialized on Leadership and Business administration. Spend 10 years in service industry and leaved abroad in Sweden and Americas.
Started to work at Nefab in 2006 what is owned by the founder family Nordgren- Phil, and a large investor Wallenberg (FAM) foundation. Nefab is specialized on industrial packaging, optimization programs and logistic services around the globe. Currently holds position as President of Central Europe and in charge for 9 sites with manufacturing and service activities. Laszlo has wide experience in B2B and during his Nefab carrier development gain understanding on different market branches such Telecom, Automotive, LI Battery manufacturing, heavy industry etc., where Nefab currently active and become a market leader in the last 10 years.
His passion is sustainable business and strive for saving resources in supply chain with smarter, greener packaging and services where measurable CO 2 can be saved.
Legal & Transactions Manager at Skanska
Boglárka has been working as a legal professional in the Hungarian real estate market for 15 years. She joined Skanska’s commercial development business unit in Hungary in 2019 and currently heading Skanska’s legal team as a Legal & Transactions Manager.
Before joining to Skanska, Boglárka gained experience at international advisory firms, such as Dentons and Deloitte where she was dealing mostly with real estate transactions, but she is experienced in other fields of law like construction, corporate and regulatory matters. At Skanska Boglárka is also a member of the local management team and responsible for all legal and transaction related matters.
Besides her professional career she is also deeply involved in Skanska’s diversity & inclusion initiatives in CEE.
Board member, CEO at Paprika Studios
Ákos Erdős joined Paprika Studios Group, the film and entertainment production company, as a Director of Operations and has been leading the company as a CEO since 2016. Under Ákos’ leadership the company grew its footprint covering CEE and the Baltics as well as strengthened its position on the market by becoming a leader in different segments of content creation and production.
Prior to his journey with Paprika Studios, Ákos spent 5 years leading the development and later the operation of the Origo Studios, the largest state of the art studio facility in Budapest.
Ákos has been part of the community of SCCH since 2017.
Managing Director at Airvent Zrt.
András (52) has been working in senior management positions of Swedish companies in Hungary for more than 20 years. He spent 7 years as Business Area Unit manager of ABB, then 15 years as the Managing Director of Lindab and since January 2021 as the Managing Director of Airvent. He represented Lindab at SCCH between 2005 and 2019, and in 2021 he re-joined to the chamber as the representative of Airvent.
András’ specialties are business strategy, leadership, sales management, stakeholder management, manufacturing, restructuring and extensive competences in the field of HVAC.
General Manager at Mölnlycke Hungary
Szabolcs was graduated at University of Miskolc as an economist. Last 22 years he hold several positions in medical devise industry from sales representative position up to business unit manager in different companies. Since 2019 he leads the local Mölnlycke affiliate as a General Manager. Mölnlycke leads the local market in surgical drapes, personal protective equipment but also has strong position in wound care products. Szabolcs leaves in Zsámbék with the family of 3 kids and some pets having a real country side life.
Szabolcs believes that working for Swedish company means not only a great place to work but also the responsibility to spread out the culture of „lagom” combined with our „Hungarian passion”. Head of Sales Division at Electrolux
Péter graduated from the University of Miskolc in 1998 with a degree in mechanical engineering, and in 2002 in economics. He has been with Electrolux since 1998. He gained extensive experience and held different leader positions in the fields of product and project management in both Hungarian and international environments.
He worked for two years in Italy at the European R&D center of the Electrolux Refrigeration category, managing and implementing several European-level product and commercial launch projects. He joined Electrolux Hungarian sales team in 2013, and from 2014 took over and restructured Electrolux Bulgarian trading and sales operating model. He currently leads Electrolux sales division responsible for the Hungarian and Bulgarian markets and is responsible for the commercial activities of the two countries.
He lives with his family in Eger. In his spare time, he prefers outdoor activities, running, trail running, biking and enjoys the natural opportunities offered by Bükk mountains and Tisza-tó.
Márta has been working as Business Consultant and Project Manager at Business Sweden (the Swedish Trade and Invest Council) for 14 years. She served as the Local Head of the company from 2013.
She provided advisory services and project management (start-up, market analysis, business development, marketing&communication, business promotion activities, HR, etc.) to Swedish SMEs and MNEs in the expansion process of their business in Hungary and other CEE countries.
Márta has served SCCH as Board Member between 2013-2020 and has been the Director / Secretary General since 2020.
