Roland Jakab
President of SCCH, CEO of HUN-REN Hungarian Research Network
Roland started his professional career in 2000, joining Ericsson Hungary Ltd., and held various leading positions in business consulting, sales, marketing, general management. In 2013, he was appointed Managing Director of Ericsson Hungary Ltd., a company with 2,000 employees and from 2018 he served as the Head of Strategy for the Central Europe region, covering eight countries.
He is actively participating in leading roles of several cross-industry associations and professional platforms (AI Coalition, HEBC, 5G Coalition, BME`s Supporters and Friends Association).
Currently he serves as Chief Executive Officer of Hun-Ren, Hungarian Research Network.
Roland has been active within SCCH for more than 10 years, serving as member, Board member, Vice-President and since 2022 as President.

György Nagy
Vice President of SCCH, Country Manager of Sigma Technology Hungary
György holds MA from ELTE BTK and joined Kudos Information Hungary in 2004 as a technical writer.
He became MD in 2007 when Sweden-based Sigma Technology Group acquired Kudos Group subsidiaries and became Executive VP of Sigma Technology Group in 2022.
Under György’s leadership Sigma’s Budapest site achieved a 10-fold increase in revenue, and with about 220 dedicated engineering professionals on board it is now among the fastest-growing Sigma locations.
György was already an SCCH Board Member between 2013-2018, and also served as SCCH Vice-President between 2014-2018 and from 2022 onwards. He lives in Budapest with his wife and 3 kids.

László Nith
Vice President of SCCH; President of Central Europe at Nefab
After his early years of Electro engineer degree from Veszprem Pannon University, Laszlo graduated in 2014 with MBA degree specialized on Leadership and Business administration. He spent 10 years in service industry and leaved abroad in Sweden and Americas.
He started to work at Nefab in 2006, owned by the founder family Nordgren- Phil, and a large investor Wallenberg (FAM) foundation. Nefab is specialized on industrial packaging, optimization programs and logistic services around the globe. Currently he holds position as President of Central Europe and is in charge for 9 sites with manufacturing and service activities.
Laszlo has wide experience in B2B and during his Nefab carrier development he gained understanding of different market branches as Telecom, Automotive, LI Battery manufacturing, heavy industry etc., where Nefab is currently active and became a market leader in the last 10 years.
Nefab joined SCCH in 2021 and László has been serving the Chamber as Economy Manager since 2022 as an active member of the Board.
His passion for sustainable business and strive for saving resources in supply chain with smarter, greener packaging brings great insights and value to the Chamber.

Péter Tóth
Chief Economy Manager of SCCH, Head of Commercial Hungary, Bulgaria and Kazakhstan at Electrolux
Péter graduated from the University of Miskolc in 1998 with a degree in mechanical engineering, and in 2002 in economics. He has been with Electrolux since 1998. He gained extensive experience and held different leader positions in the fields of product and project management in both Hungarian and international environments.
He worked for two years in Italy at the European R&D center of the Electrolux Refrigeration category, managing and implementing several European-level product and commercial launch projects.
He joined Electrolux Hungarian sales team in 2013, and from 2014 took over and restructured Electrolux Bulgarian trading and sales operating model. Since 2019 he is leading the sales division in Budapest, CEE regional commercial leader responsibilities since 2022.
Peter has been an active Board member of SCCH since 2022.
He lives with his family in Eger. In his spare time, he prefers outdoor activities, running, trail running, biking and enjoys the natural opportunities offered by Bükk mountains and Tisza-tó.

András Boráros-Bakucz, PhD
Head of Research and Development at Ericsson Hungary
András holds PhD in Education (Eötvös Loránd University), and MA in Pedagogy, BSc in Electrical engineering and teaching
He has been working for Ericsson Hungary Ltd. for 20+ years. Currently he is Head of RnD, and Head of Product Development Group Cloud Native Platform developmentHe is Senior lecturer at Faculty of Electrical Engineering Universitas Budensis
Ericsson is the largest Swedish company in Hungary and one of the largest R&D centers in the ICT field in the country and has always been an active member of Team Sweden.
András is committed to placing innovation, science, and research at the forefront, and plans to work jointly with the Swedish companies in Hungary and to raise the acknowledgment and recognition of SCCH.

Ágnes Kapornai
CFO and Country Officer at Husqvarna Hungary
Ágnes holds a Master’s Degree of Economics from Corvinus University and a Master’s Degree of Economist with a complementary degree in legal studies at ELTE.
She started her career as Auditor at Ernst & Young. Before Husqvarna she worked 16 years at Weidmüller Hungary where she served as CFO, also responsible for HR management and international SAP introduction projects.
Ágnes joined Husqvarna in 2022 as CFO and Country Officer.
Her experience in Finance and HR brings useful insights to SCCH and the work of the Board.

András Mikó
Managing Director at Airvent Zrt.
András (54) – M.Sc. mechanical engineer (BME, 1994), MBA industrial organisation and management (BKE, 1999) -, has been working in senior management positions of Swedish companies in Hungary for more than 25 years. He spent 7 years as Business Area Unit manager of ABB, then 15 years as the Managing Director of Lindab and since January 2021 as the Managing Director of Airvent.
András’ specialties are business strategy, leadership, manufacturing, sales management, restructuring, change management and extensive competences in the field of HVAC and construction industry.
András has been a board member at SCCH since May 2022. From early 2023 he leads the manufacturing working group, where we share manufacturing and production related best practices and key learnings, invite external experts and have opportunity for active discussions.

Szabolcs Pálinkás
General Manager at Mölnlycke Hungary
Szabolcs was graduated at University of Miskolc as an economist. Last 22 years he hold several positions in medical devise industry from sales representative position up to business unit manager in different companies. Since 2019 he leads the local Mölnlycke affiliate as a General Manager. Mölnlycke leads the local market in surgical drapes, personal protective equipment but also has strong position in wound care products. Szabolcs leaves in Zsámbék with the family of 3 kids and some pets having a real country side life.
Szabolcs believes that working for Swedish company means not only a great place to work but also the responsibility to spread out the culture of „lagom” combined with our „Hungarian passion”. We can do it internally and externally too, to help people to find the best work-life balance, everlasting values, etc. The „best umbrella” to support this mission is the Swedish Chamber where you can meet with inspiring leaders, successful companies with strong culture.

Diána Sebestyén
Business Development Manager at Kinnarps Hungary
Diána holds an MsC in Industrial Management & Product Management from the Budapest University of Technology & Economics
She started her carreer at Kinnarps Hungary in 2006. Since 2012 she has been Business Development Manager. Besides the operative manager roles in Hungary, she is member of the CEE marketing team and the Corporate cross functional team in Business Service Sector. She also leads International Business Development Projects for several countries
Diána is a marketing advisory team member at HUGBC, and guest speaker and teacher at BME Intensive Seminar
Her future plan is to contribute to the thought leadership and knowledge transfer on sustainability and wellbeing, that brings great value not only for the members but also in the Hungarian market in general.
Supervisory Board

Géza Fülöp
Managing Director, Qamcom, Central Europe
Géza got his PhD in Theoretical Physics at Gothenburg University. He spent two decades at Ericsson, both in Sweden and Hungary in several different leadership positions.
He joined Qamcom in 2018 and has been working on building up its Central European subsidiary in Budapest since 2019.
Géza had a number of board positions through the years, e.g. being member of the Board of Directors at Fingerprint Cards AB and member of the Board of the National Association of Hungarians in Sweden.

Edit Lőkös
Global Head of Accounting at Play’n GO Group
Edit has been working as senior finance professional for 20 years. After several years of experience in the shared services sector she joined Play’n GO in 2020 and is currently heading the global accounting team.
Edit gained experience in many areas of finance. Her specialties are financial strategy, operation restructuring and reorganization, process automation and M&A projects.
She also has a wide range of interests in the HR field and is an active participant in several successful HR projects. She believes that as many people as possible should get to know the Swedish company culture.
Edit lives in Budapest but as a beneficiary of the digital first approach, she often travels to and works from other countries.

László Molnár
Head of Division, Health and Medical Hungary and South East Europe at Essity
László Molnár was graduated as an economist in Budapest, and after a short experience in the energy sector, he joined Essity (previously SCA Hygiene Products) in 1997.
He has a track record in both global and local functions, strategic and executive roles and held several positions in the fields of controlling, sales, marketing and project management.
Currently he is heading the Health and Medical division of Essity in Hungary and South East Europe.

Márta Böddi
Director
Márta has been working as Business Consultant and Project Manager at Business Sweden (the Swedish Trade and Invest Council) for 14 years. She served as the Local Head of the company from 2013.
She provided advisory services and project management (start-up, market analysis, business development, marketing&communication, business promotion activities, HR, etc.) to Swedish SMEs and MNEs in the expansion process of their business in Hungary and other CEE countries.
Márta has served SCCH as Board Member between 2013-2020 and has been the Director / Secretary General since 2020.
