György Nagy
President of SCCH, Country Manager of Sigma Technology Hungary, Executive VP of Sigma Technology Group AB.
With over two decades of leadership experience, György brings a strong and consistent track record in the technology sector. He studied at ELTE and the Bálint György Journalism Academy, and has led Sigma Technology Hungary since 2007. Since 2022, he has also been a member of the Group’s executive management and serves as Executive Vice President of Sigma Technology Group AB, a Sweden-based international technology consulting company. He is also an Ambassador of Bridge Budapest’s “Vállalható Üzleti Kultúráért” initiative promoting responsible business culture.
His connection to the Chamber runs deep. Sigma Technology has been an active member since 2010, supporting SCCH as sponsor, contributor, and event host. György served as Board Member (2013–2018) and Vice President (2014–2018, and again since 2022), playing a key role in shaping the Chamber’s renewed strategy and strengthening ties with the Embassy and Team Sweden.
As President, György aims to build on the transformation initiated by previous leadership, further strengthening the Chamber as a values-driven business community and a key platform connecting Swedish and Hungarian stakeholders.
Diána Sebestyén
Vice President of SCCH, International Business Development Manager at Kinnarps
Diana has been bringing nearly two decades of experience in business development, sales, and international growth within Swedish–Hungarian business relations.
She holds an MSc in Industrial Management and Product Management from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Diana began her career at Kinnarps Hungary as a Sales Support Trainee in 2006, progressing through several roles including Sales Support Manager and later Business Development Manager, a position she held until 2025. Since 2025, she has been working as International Business Development Manager at Kinnarps AB, where she is responsible for accelerating growth, strengthening market presence, and leading strategic sales initiatives across European markets.
She has a strong belief in the power of human connections and communities, which is why the mission and activities of the Chamber are particularly important to her.
Diana’s connection to the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary is long-standing and active. Since 2021, Kinnarps has again been an engaged member of the Chamber, and over the past two years Diana has served as a Board Member, contributing to the Chamber’s ongoing development and initiatives.
As Vice President, her motivation is driven by a strong belief in the Chamber’s mission and her ability to add tangible value—particularly in the areas of events, communication, and membership growth. Drawing on her background in business development and stakeholder engagement, Diana aims to further enhance the quality and relevance of Chamber events, strengthen communication with members, and actively support successful member acquisition and long-term engagement.
Péter Tóth
Vice President of SCCH; Head of Commercial Hungary, Bulgaria and Kazakhstan at Electrolux Group
Péter brings over 25 years of professional experience in engineering, sales leadership, and regional commercial management, gained within a leading Swedish multinational environment.
He graduated from the University of Miskolc with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1998, followed by a degree in Economics in 2002. Péter has been working with Electrolux since 1998, building a broad and deep career across product and project management as well as sales development roles in both Hungarian and international contexts. Since 2019, he has been leading the sales division in Budapest, and from 2022 he has also held CEE regional commercial leadership responsibilities.
Péter has been actively involved in the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary as a Board Member since 2022 and has served as Chief Economy Manager of the Chamber since 2024. His engagement is further reinforced by Electrolux’s long-standing relationship with the Chamber: the company has been a member since 1995 and is a founding member.
As a strong and trusted global brand, Electrolux visibly represents Swedish business values to a broad Hungarian consumer base, with a clear commitment to ethics and sustainability. The company regularly supports flagship Chamber events such as Midsummer and Lucia, hosts Chamber events at the Electrolux Showroom in Budapest, and provides dedicated member benefits, including special access, discounts, and promotions on household appliances for SCCH members.
Through his active Board role, Péter contributes strategic insight, commercial expertise, and strong personal engagement to the Chamber’s development, supporting its long-term impact and strengthening its role as a key platform for Swedish–Hungarian business relations.

András Boráros-Bakucz, PhD
Board Member of SCCH, Head of Research and Development at Ericsson Hungary
András brings a unique combination of academic excellence and industry leadership, with a strong focus on innovation, research, and talent development.
He holds a PhD in Education from Eötvös Loránd University, an MA in Pedagogy, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering and teaching. His professional career spans both the corporate and higher education sectors. At Ericsson Hungary Ltd., he has held senior leadership roles including Head of R&D and Head of the Product Development Group for Network Location, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies within one of Hungary’s most significant ICT hubs. In parallel, he is a Senior Lecturer at Universitas Budensis, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, where he is actively involved in education and knowledge transfer.
András has a long-standing connection to the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary through Ericsson, which has been a member of the Chamber since its establishment. As the largest Swedish company in Hungary and one of the country’s leading ICT R&D centers, Ericsson has been a committed and active member of Team Sweden, participating in numerous innovation-focused and social responsibility initiatives. The Ericsson House in Budapest has also hosted several Chamber events dedicated to artificial intelligence and innovation.
With a strong personal commitment to placing innovation, science, and research at the forefront of the Chamber’s agenda, András works closely with Swedish companies in Hungary to strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and visibility. His goal is to further enhance the recognition and professional impact of the Chamber as a key platform for innovation-driven Swedish–Hungarian cooperation.
Roland Jakab
Board Member of SCCH, Private Member
Roland has built a distinguished career at the intersection of technology, leadership, and innovation, with more than two decades of experience in international corporate and strategic roles.
He began his professional journey in 2000 at Ericsson Hungary Ltd., where he held a wide range of senior positions across business consulting, sales, marketing, and general management. In 2013, he was appointed Managing Director of Ericsson Hungary, leading an organization of approximately 2,000 employees. From 2018, he served as Head of Strategy for the Central Europe region, overseeing strategic development across eight countries. Alongside his corporate career, Roland has played an active role in several cross-industry and professional platforms, including the AI Coalition, HEBC, the 5G Coalition, and BME’s Supporters and Friends Association. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Hun-Ren Hungarian Research Network.
Roland has been closely connected to the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary for more than a decade, contributing in multiple capacities as a member, Board member, Vice President, and, since 2022, President. During his presidency, the Chamber has continued the growth trajectory launched in 2020, with a strong emphasis on core Swedish values, increased visibility within the business community, an expanded stakeholder network in both Hungary and Sweden, and closer cooperation within Team Sweden.
His leadership background at one of the largest Swedish companies in Hungary, combined with a broad international network spanning R&D, innovation, and public–private cooperation, has brought lasting strategic value to the Chamber and strengthened its role as a forward-looking business community.
András Mikó
Board Member of SCCH, Private Member
Andras is an experienced senior management professional, with a strong engineering, business acumen and corporate governace background. He holds master degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Organisation and Management.” Over the past 27 years, he has gained extensive leadership experience at Swedish companies operating in Hungary, including senior roles at ABB, Lindab, and recently as Chief Operating Officer of Airvent.
His professional expertise spans business strategy, leadership, manufacturing, sales management, restructuring, and change management, with particular depth in the HVAC and construction sectors.
András has been actively involved in the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary since 2005. He has served as a Board Member since May 2022 and has led the Manufacturing Working Group since 2023, fostering professional dialogue, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among member companies. His current focus is on advancing cost-efficient and sustainable manufacturing practices within the Chamber’s business community.
Henriette Skribek
Board Member of SCCH, Managing Director of Qantascope Hungary
Henriette brings a strong scientific background and entrepreneurial experience to the Chamber. She holds an M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Genetics from the University of Gothenburg, and spent 14 years in medical oncological research at the Karolinska Institute, Department of Molecular Biology.
Alongside her research career, she has built and led innovative life sciences businesses as Managing Director and owner of BioMarker Ltd., as well as Director and owner of Qantascope Hungary Ltd. and Qantascope AB.
Henriette and QantaScope have been active members of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary since 2021, with strong engagement across the Chamber’s community and initiatives. QantaScope has served as a main sponsor of flagship events such as Midsummer and Lucia, contributing significantly to the Chamber’s visibility and impact.
Drawing on her broad international experience and long-standing Hungarian network—particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors—Henriette is committed to contributing actively to the Chamber’s daily work, strategic thinking, and future initiatives.
Bálint Tóth
Board Member of SCCH, Managing Director of Nefab Packaging Hungary Kft. & Nefab Thermoforming Hungary Kft.
Bálint has a solid academic background in political science, having earned a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Political Science and Government from Eötvös Loránd University. Professionally, he brings over ten years of experience in the packaging industry, including more than five years at NEFAB, where he has built strong expertise in industrial solutions, sustainability, and supply-chain-focused packaging.
NEFAB Hungary has been a long-standing member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, actively contributing to its professional and networking activities. Within this context, Bálint has played an active supporting role alongside László Nith, Head of the CEE Subregion at NEFAB and former Vice President of the Chamber. His engagement includes both personal and corporate contributions to Chamber initiatives, regular participation in events and forums, and active involvement in professional dialogue within the member community.
Through sharing practical expertise in packaging, industrial solutions, and sustainability, Bálint contributes to experience exchange on market development, leadership, and responsible business practices. His work supports collaboration between Swedish and Hungarian companies and reflects core Swedish business values such as innovation, responsibility, and long-term thinking, while strengthening the presence and reputation of Swedish businesses in Hungary.
Supervisory Board
László Molnár
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SCCH, Business Director at Essity
László brings extensive international business experience and long-standing commitment to the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. A graduate of Corvinus University, he has built his career at Essity (formerly SCA), holding senior leadership roles across Central and Southeast Europe, as well as European-level director positions in business development and controlling.
He has been actively involved in the Chamber’s work for many years, serving two terms on the Supervisory Board, most recently as its Chairman. Through his strategic mindset, governance experience, and consistent engagement, László has contributed to the Chamber’s stability, continuity, and strong cooperation with its business community.
Ágnes Kapornai
Member of the Supervisory Board of SCCH, CFO and Country Officer at Husqvarna Hungary
Ágnes brings strong financial leadership, governance expertise, and a deep commitment to Swedish business values to the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Corvinus University and a Master’s degree of Economist with complementary legal studies from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE).
She began her professional career at Ernst & Young as an Auditor, then spent 16 years at Weidmüller Hungary as CFO, where she was also responsible for HR management and led international SAP implementation projects. Since 2022, she has served as CFO and Country Officer of Husqvarna Hungary.
Following Husqvarna’s accession to the Chamber in 2022, Ágnes became actively involved in SCCH activities and, since 2024, has been a member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors. In her work, she closely represents Husqvarna’s strong Swedish heritage and core values, including transparency, integrity, sustainability, and responsible corporate governance.
With her combined background in finance, HR, and governance, Ágnes contributes to the Chamber with a clear focus on financial discipline, people management, and long-term accountability, supporting strong oversight and the continued credibility and development of the SCCH.
Zsuzsanna Mastalli
Member of the Supervisory Board of SCCH, Owner and International Communications Lead at Sirenuse
Zsuzsanna is an experienced Chief Executive Officer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership in public relations and strategic communications. She is the founder of Sirenuse Communication, where she specializes in strategic planning, international relations, and creative storytelling, guided by a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for bridging cultures.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication (Public Relations Strategy and Practice) from Università degli Studi di Bergamo and is fluent in English, Italian, Hungarian, German, and French. Her professional experience spans several international business environments, including Budapest, Bergamo, Rome, and Brussels.
Zsuzsanna’s connection to Swedish business values grew through her strategic work with iconic Swedish brands such as Fjällräven and Tentipi, which also introduced her to the Swedish–Hungarian business community and the SCCH. Over the past two years, she has been an active participant in the Chamber’s professional events and networking activities, supporting its visibility and outreach.
She intends to further contribute to the Chamber by offering her expertise in communication strategy, event management, and sustainable business practices, with a particular interest in creative and cultural initiatives that strengthen a vibrant and well-connected Swedish–Hungarian business ecosystem.
Márta Böddi
Director
Márta is an experienced business consultant and project manager with a strong background in Swedish–Hungarian economic relations. She began her professional career at General Electric, working in the HR field, where she gained a solid foundation in organizational development, people management, and corporate operations.
She has spent more than 14 years at Business Sweden, supporting Swedish SMEs and multinational companies in their market entry and expansion across Hungary and the wider CEE region. From 2013, she also served as Local Head of the organization in Hungary. Her work has covered market analysis, business development, marketing and communication, business promotion activities, HR-related advisory, and complex project management.
Márta has a long-standing and close connection to the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. She served as a Board Member between 2013 and 2020 and has been the Chamber’s Director since 2020. In this role, her responsibilities include the Chamber’s daily operations and strategic execution, as well as active cooperation with a wide range of stakeholders—NGOs, public decision-makers, partner chambers, embassies, and professional organizations—supporting dialogue, collaboration, and long-term value creation within the Swedish–Hungarian business ecosystem.
