During the first session we had the opportunity to get more insights among others into culture, perception and intercultural competences. We learned the basis of successful communication and also saw how Swedish and Hungarian people build trust. We also saw that scheduling and linear time management are equally important in both cultures.
On the second session we could identify some similarities between the two cultures and also saw how multicultural teams can perform the best. We also got insights into Swedish leadership and learned how you can convince a Swedish business partner and understood how to interpret a “blurry” answer from a Swede. Our trainers even gave advice on how to break the ice in a Swedish team.
